Town Planning

This division is responsible for monitoring, supervising, coordinating and developmental control of land uses within the townlands of Bukalo Village Council. It is responsible to advice and guide council, as well as developers on town planning processes and land use applications such as rezoning, consolidation, subdivision, consent applications, and closure of Public Open Space in terms of the governing Acts, policies and regulations.

Our surveying fee subjected to annual tariff changes which is payable at our cashier for clients who want to register their portions of land via annual lease agreements with the village council.
